Return Policy
30-day window. Return any unused, like-new BeamX product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Original condition. Product must include original packaging, accessories, batteries, and safety key.
Free return shipping. US customers get a prepaid USPS label — email beamxsales@gmail.com with your order number.
Refund timing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving the return.
Non-returnable. Custom configurations, opened consumables, and items damaged by misuse.
1-Year Warranty
Every BeamX laser is covered against manufacturing and electronic defects for one year from the date of purchase. If your unit fails under normal use, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by drops, water exposure beyond the rated IP level, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
Laser Safety
BeamX products are powerful optical tools. Misuse can cause permanent eye injury or violate federal law. By purchasing, you agree to follow every rule below.
Never aim at people, pets, vehicles, or aircraft. Pointing a laser at an aircraft is a federal felony in the US (18 U.S.C. § 39A) punishable by up to 5 years in prison.
Always wear OD-rated safety goggles when operating Class 3B or Class 4 units.
Keep out of reach of children. BeamX products are sold for adult use only (18+).
Use the included safety key and remove it when storing the device.
Check local laws. Some states and countries restrict laser output above certain mW thresholds.
