Orders placed before 1pm PT on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after that, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day.
Standard shipping is a flat $6.95 and free on orders over $75. Express 2-day is $18.95. Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS Priority at a flat $12.95.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your label is created. If you haven't seen movement after 48 hours, email beamxsales@gmail.com and we'll chase it down.
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in the carrier network, email beamxsales@gmail.com within 14 days of the ship date with your order number and photos (if applicable) and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
